Aspirant wants you to have a positive experience using our website, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. a. The purpose of the survey website is to gather, analyze, and report based on feedback collected by end-users.
b. The purpose of the dashboard portal is to provide a secure location for your company leaders to review the summarized, pseudonymized insights gained through the feedback provided through the survey website.

a. Unless otherwise noted in the survey, your responses will be aggregated with responses from other participants and in summary to build overarching themes for our market research, benchmarking, and/or as used to report back to our client(s).
b. Verbatim responses to open-ended questions will be reported as written. You agree that you will not disclose or provide information that you would like to remain confidential.
4. If personally identifiable information is used
It is not the intention of most surveys to gather personally identifiable information. The survey can be sent to you in two different ways.
a. General Link: The link you accessed this website with was a generic link that enables you to respond to this survey.
b. Directed Email: The link sent is a unique link for your survey. This link is specific to you and will typically be sent by Aspirant to your email, which has been provided to Aspirant by your employer as a part of an agreement between the same.
If personally identifiable information is gathered (such as title, region, organizational role, email, etc.), Aspirant will strive to pseudonymize the other information that is gathered. There may be situations where your personally identifiable information is still linked to your responses.
5. How aggregate or non-personally identifiable information is collected from website visitors
We also collect non-personally identifiable information (also referred to as "non-personal information" or "aggregate information") from website visitors. We collect this information on an aggregate/anonymous basis. Non-personal information collected includes tracking the website pages that are visited or the amount of time spent on this website.
Our primary goal in collecting aggregate information is to be able to perform website metrics that allow us to improve the website. We need to collect aggregate/anonymous information for the following reasons, including but not limited to, tracking page visits and peak website usage times.
6. How aggregate or non-personally identifiable information is used
Non-personally identifiable information we collect may be used to:

We do not share, sell, or license the use of personally identifiable information with third parties for their independent use. Survey results are determined from de-identified or anonymous data and any dashboard results are presented in the aggregate.
We will only disclose your personally identifiable information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) protect and defend the rights or property of Aspirant and this website; or, (b) to protect the personal safety of users of Aspirant, its websites, or the public.
8. Data Security & Storage
Physical Security: All information systems and hosting infrastructure resides in world-class SOC 2 certified data centers. These data centers include significant physical security controls (e.g., 24×7 monitoring, cameras, visitor logs, entry requirements).
Network Security: Secure VPN, 2FA (two-factor authentication), and role-based access is enforced for systems management team. Central logging systems capture and archive all internal Aspirant systems access including any failed authentication attempts.
Administrative Security: We maintain internal information security policies and regularly review and update them. Our employees are screened using background checks within guidelines of Pennsylvania Law. We provide security guidelines and training for security and technology use.
Security breaches: No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. However, if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users at the email address that you provide.
9. Processing of personal data
Collection of personally identifiable information is rarely the intention of our assessments. In the unlikely event that it is collected, it will be handled in compliance with this Privacy Statement and our Data Retention Policy.
By visiting this website and by providing your personally identifiable information to us, you understand and consent voluntarily to the collection, use, processing, transfer, and disclosure of any personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information globally, including but not limited to the United States, in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

13. Sensitive Data/Demographic Data
While we do not collect sensitive personally identifiable information, we acknowledge that many of the optional demographic questions may include sensitive protected characteristics. These are optional questions, and the survey can still be taken without responding to any of these question by selecting “prefer not to answer”.

We try to keep our online Services up, but they may be unavailable from time to time for various reasons. c. Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF EACH OF ASPIRANT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ASPIRANT FOR USE OF THE SERVICES AT ISSUE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY; AND (B) US $200.
